We were very lucky to have HubSpot Product Marketing Lead Ari Plaut join us for our Q1 2022 HubSpot User Group (HUG) to give us the scoop on the new HubSpot Operations Hub. You can check out the full HUG recording here:
Streamlined operations can cut costs and increase margins which positively impact your profitability. Better insights into your pipeline, your ARR/MRR stats, retention & churn, and where your team is getting stuck managing prospects and clients can identify and remove the internal friction that's slowing down your team. All of these operational insights are part of Revenue Operations (RevOps). Operations Hub is the oil in your flywheel to address these RevOps opportunities and is the key to scaling up with fewer growing pains.
If your company doesn't already have a designated Operations Officer, there's a good chance that someone (or several people) are already un-officially filling that role. These are the people on your team who want to streamline processes, create systems that facilitate scalability, and who see areas where things can be automated to improve efficiencies. These are the Operations Hub features that your operations people are going to fall in love with.
Use native integrations, APIs and other custom data sync solutions to keep your apps and data in sync. Leverage an easy, no-code package or build a custom solution. Get bidirectional sync, custom field mappings, filtering, and historical syncing so all your teams stay aligned.
Automatically fix date properties, format names, and more with new out-of-the-box automations and eliminate time-consuming data cleanup.
Not sure what to automate? HubSpot has a list of Programmable Automation Use Cases to get you started.
Enjoy the flexibility to store and customize all your data in HubSpot. Slice and dice custom property data into reports, and build dashboards to share insights with your team.
After the call, Ari and I were chatting with some other HubSpotters who were sharing some of the very interesting things that they're working on with OpsHub and it was amazing 🤯! The data flexibility that OpsHub provides and the different applications for it is far reaching and there are some really cool things in the pipeline to keep an eye open for.
Operations Hub is a bit different from the other Hubs - while it can be used on it's own, you're probably going to use it in conjunction with your Sales, Marketing & Service Hubs.
When your team is small, manual data management isn't that big of a deal. But if you're onboarding more team members and clients and need to scale with efficiencies, you're likely going to need OpsHub. Contact us to talk more about how OpsHub can work for you.
