We're looking for a copywriter who can bend their tone and voice to match a wide range of clients. Someone who is interested in learning new things and who appreciates getting into the nitty gritty about all kinds of topics. As our go-to copywriter you will be responsible for creating blog posts, long form content and even social media posts from time to time. Currently, the portfolios we need writers for include legal, parenting, digital marketing and health & wellness.
We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Social Media Strategist. You are responsible for developing and defining social media strategic marketing campaigns for our clients. You are a copywriter, graphic designer, strategist, and customer service representative — able to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment. All content should creatively market the client and satisfy the client’s expectations. CRO:NYX Digital has very high standards for both our clients and ourselves. All content should be stylistically polished and edited for factual accuracy and grammatical correctness. We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who maintains a go-getter attitude and consistently delivers top-level work. A candidate for this position will have the opportunity to use their creativity and customer relation skills to work closely with clients on developing top-level social media campaigns.
You love building relationships with clients helping them work towards their goals. You are a team player and can balance the client's best interests with our team's capabilities. You are comfortable saying 'no' to clients and team members and can find a constructive solution to any problem. In this role it is critical that you have a foundational know-how of SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, inbound marketing, project management and can carry on a conversation about any of the above. You will be supported by a team of specialists in these areas but will need to know enough to hold your own.
You're a true problem solver who can see the big picture but likes to get into the nitty-gritty to really make things work. You have a deep understanding of the HubSpot CMS, HubDB, HubL and all the other components that go into making a great HubSpot website. You can build a page template but prefer to work in a modular-based design & development system that give specific modules specific functions to help create a unique customized and on-brand experience. You can work with APIs to integrate HubSpot with other platforms and you're comfortable saying 'no' when what the client or your internal team is asking for is going to have negative repercussions that need to be discussed first.
