Boston, here we come.

This September, Tanya, Jeremy, Santiago and Alistair from the CRO:NYX Digital team are heading to HubSpot UNBOUND 2026 for a few packed days of HubSpot updates, new ideas, practical learning, partner conversations and, if Jeremy gets his way, some stand-up comedy.

As a HubSpot Diamond Partner, events like UNBOUND give us a chance to get closer to what’s happening across the HubSpot ecosystem, learn directly from the people building and using the platform, and bring those ideas back to the clients we work with every day.

And with more than 200 sessions covering AI, marketing, sales, CRM, RevOps, customer experience and growth, there’s a lot to fit into three days. Explore the UNBOUND agenda.

What Is HubSpot UNBOUND?

UNBOUND is HubSpot’s flagship annual event for marketing, sales, service, operations and growth teams.

Previously known as INBOUND, the event returns to Boston this year with a new name and a broader focus on how businesses are adapting to AI, changing buyer behavior and increasingly connected go-to-market teams.

For us, it’s an opportunity to learn what’s coming next in HubSpot, hear what other businesses and partners are doing successfully, and find practical ideas we can put to work for our clients.

So, what are we most excited about?

Tanya’s UNBOUND Picks

Tanya’s schedule is already looking pretty full.

Partner Day

Held ahead of the main UNBOUND event, Partner Day brings HubSpot Solutions Partners together for a closer look at HubSpot’s strategy, product direction and plans for the partner ecosystem.

For Tanya, this is one of the biggest reasons to make the trip.

“Partner Day is where partners get the inside scoop on what’s changing in HubSpot and the direction the company is planning to head. I’m really looking forward to understanding what’s coming next and what that means for our clients.”

Female Founders Meetup

Not every valuable conversation happens in a conference session.

Tanya is also looking forward to the Female Founders Meetup, both to catch up with other HubSpot partners and to meet some new people across the ecosystem.

One of the best parts of events like UNBOUND is having so many people facing similar business, technology and growth challenges in one place. Sometimes a conversation over coffee can be just as useful as an hour in a breakout room.

The Future of Client Growth in Financial Services

This one is particularly relevant to us.

CRO:NYX Digital is both a HubSpot Financial Services Industry Specialist and HubSpot Banking Industry Specialist. We’re always looking for new ways to help banks, credit unions and other financial services organisations improve the way they use CRM, data, automation, marketing and customer experience.

The Future of Client Growth in Financial Services brings financial services leaders together to talk about AI, growth and the changes reshaping the industry.

Tanya’s goal is simple: come home with new ideas we can share with our financial services clients.

7 HubSpot Workflow Upgrades You Can Implement Today

There are also some sessions you attend because you genuinely like the person presenting them.  Ben Donahower of No Bounds Digital will be presenting 7 HubSpot Workflow Upgrades You Can Implement Today, covering practical ways to improve HubSpot automation, conversion, speed and pipeline visibility. Tanya will be there for the workflow ideas, of course.

But also: “Ben’s a friend and I can’t wait to go cheer him on!”

Jeremy’s UNBOUND Picks

Jeremy is approaching the agenda from a marketing and growth perspective, with a couple of very different sessions already on his list.

What’s New for Marketers With HubSpot

This is probably the most obvious fit for what we do every day.

What’s New for Marketers With HubSpot will look at HubSpot’s latest AI-powered marketing tools, including ways marketers can find and engage the right audiences, create stronger content and improve campaign performance.

Or, as Jeremy puts it: “Basically, what new HubSpot marketing tools can help us help our clients?”

That’s exactly what we’ll be listening for.

New features are only useful if they solve an actual problem, improve a process or help generate a better result. We’ll be looking beyond the announcements to understand where the new tools can make a meaningful difference.

Why Weird Works

This might be the session title that feels most at home at CRO:NYX Digital.

Why Weird Works makes the case for weirdness as a competitive advantage, looking at why companies that embrace what makes them different can create stronger brands and stand out in increasingly crowded markets.

Being different for the sake of being different isn’t much of a strategy.

But understanding what genuinely makes your company interesting, useful or unusual, and leaning into it? That’s a conversation we’re interested in.

And Then There’s Aziz Ansari

After a few days of AI, CRM, marketing strategy and HubSpot workflows, Jeremy also has one very important session on his agenda:

Aziz Ansari.

The comedian is taking the UNBOUND Main Stage for a live stand-up performance on Thursday evening.

We suspect Jeremy won’t be taking quite as many notes during this one.

Going to UNBOUND for the First Time? Here’s a Few Tips:

With hundreds of sessions, meetups and activities happening across three days, UNBOUND can be a lot to take in. If this is your first time attending, a little planning goes a long way.

1. Build Your Schedule Before You Arrive

Don’t wait until you’re standing inside the convention centre to decide what you want to see.

Go through the agenda ahead of time, identify the sessions most relevant to your role and goals, and build yourself a rough schedule. HubSpot’s Agenda Builder can also create a personalised schedule based on your role and priorities.

Also, have backup options. Popular sessions can fill up quickly.

2. Adding a Session Isn’t Always the Same as Reserving It

This is an important one.

Some UNBOUND sessions have limited capacity and require you to actually Save a Seat.

Simply adding one to your personal agenda doesn’t guarantee admission. If there’s something you absolutely don’t want to miss, check whether you need a reservation.

3. Don’t Overschedule Yourself

When you’re looking at hundreds of sessions, the temptation is to fill every available space.

Don’t.

Leave time to explore, meet people, visit the different event areas and have conversations you didn’t plan for.

Some of the best takeaways from a conference happen between sessions.

4. Divide and Conquer

If you’re attending with colleagues, you don’t all need to go to the same sessions.

Tanya, Jeremy and Alistair will be splitting up throughout the event so we can cover more ground, then comparing notes on what we learned.

Three people. Three schedules. A lot more insights to bring home.

5. Talk to People

You’re surrounded by HubSpot users, marketers, developers, founders, RevOps specialists, agency teams and business leaders from around the world.

Say hello.

Ask what they’re working on. Find out which sessions they’ve enjoyed. Compare HubSpot challenges. Share ideas.

The networking is part of the experience, not something that happens after the “real” event.

And on that note…

Going to UNBOUND? Let’s Connect

If you’re heading to HubSpot UNBOUND 2026 in Boston, we’d love to connect.

Keep an eye out for Tanya, Jeremy and Alistair throughout the week, or connect with us before the event to arrange a time to meet.

We’ll also be sharing what we learn throughout UNBOUND, including the HubSpot updates, ideas and trends we think are actually worth paying attention to.

See you in Boston.
