What does sales onboarding cost?

Our standard HubSpot Sales Pro onboarding package is $2625. 

This price may be adjusted if you have unique data import needs or 3rd party integrations but generally reflects most onboarding scenarios.

Should I buy my HubSpot subscription before or after I choose an onboarding partner?

We recommend including your onboarding partner in your HubSpot purchase discussions early on. They can help you make the best purchasing decision and get the right HubSpot subscription to fit your specific needs. 

Who should be involved in onboarding?

The most successful onboarding projects include ONE key stakeholder from your team to be the internal HubSpot champion who will see the project through to completion. This HubSpot champion will have regular calls with their Onboarding Specialist to go through everything that needs to be done to set up the account.

We invite all relevant team members to join our Sales Hub training calls. 

How long will Sales Hub onboarding take?

Your Sales Hub Onboarding will be 6 weeks long and will include:

  • Six weekly zoom calls, half an hour in length
  • One team training call, one hour in length
  • Email support as needed
